Consists of the creation of a shape, configuration or composition of pattern or color, or combination of pattern and color in three dimensional form containing aesthetic value. It covers the ornamental design for an object having practical utility. An object with a design that is substantially similar to the design claimed cannot be made, used, copied or imported. The copying does not have to be exact in order for the patent to be infringed. It only has to be substantially similar.

Queendom Hijabs is the owner of the trade mark Hijabs for L!fe . QH is the owner of an International Registration designating numerous countries and has an extensive protection programme in relation to the Queendom brand.

Trade mark rights may be acquired through use of a trade mark, and it is not necessary to register a trade mark to acquire rights. The Queendom Hijabs trade mark is intellectual property, with value both to QH and its customers.

A trade mark can be a word, symbol, label, aspect of packaging or any other identifier of the source of Queendom Hijab's look.

QH's trademark rights may be infringed by use of a trade mark which is substantially identical to or deceptively similar to it.  Trade mark law considers all websites to be services and a domain name may also infringe a trade mark.
