If the product arrives to you damaged or faulty, you are not able to use it, OR you are not satisfied, then please return it and we will

-Issue a full purchase price of the product NOT including shipping and handling

Please return within the following dates,

CANADA: Return within 15 days of the order date

US: Return within 20 days of the order date

International: Return within 25 days of the order date

If the returned product is found damaged due to misuse, then Queendom Hijabs will not refund or exchange the product without extra cost.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

PLEASE NOTE, if returning product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
