Shipping and handling charges are displayed once you select your hijabs.  You will be shown shipping choices before being billed.

PLEASE NOTE, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail packages at customs.  It could happen that packages are not appropriately handled by certain offices and the package does not make it.

In such a case, plse notify us.  We will launch an inquiry with OUR local post, however it will take time. You must also note that shipping and handling charges for the stolen/lost package cannot be refunded as they would already be paid for the service.  The cost of the product will be refunded ONLY when the post completes its investigation (6 months) and refunds whatever funds it can to us.

Queendom realizes this is an inconvenience, but once the package leaves our hands and Canadian postal service, the delivery is up to the individual international posts.  We have no control over them, or over the customs offices.
